A buffet breakfast is served each morning and although the hotel does not have its own restaurant there are numerous eating options nearby. The Diana Park Hotel is housed in a nineteenth century palace that has been carefully restored to preserve its architectural details. It is situated next to the Madonna della Tosse church (built in the sixteenth century) and is approximately one kilometer from the historical city center of Florence. The hotel is approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. Excellent museums, monuments and churches are all within walking distance as is Florence Congress and Exhibition Center. Only small private parking is available and subject to availablilty and non-reservable. The 26 air conditioned guestrooms have a warm décor and solid wood furnishings and are all equipped with minibars, cable television and jetted tubs. Guests can enjoy a drink in the hotel bar or relax in private and take advantage of the limited hours room service. The airport is a short taxi ride from town, although it is also possible to take the bus, which transports passengers to Santa Maria Novella Station, in the center of Florence.
